Then, PlanetGuide provides a price estimate and a contract for review. Once you give us the go-ahead, you receive a management package that easily allows you to gather detailed information for our design team. We also ask that you appoint a liaison for efficient communication between our companies.

Phase 2. Design
PlanetGuide’s designers create scaffolding for your site. We develop the framework and the graphics that will direct its overall look and feel. After we have produced enough material to represent our vision, PlanetGuide holds a meeting with your liaison—either in person or online—to hear any comments or suggestions. We tweak and redesign as necessary until you’re satisfied.

Phase 3. Details
During this stage, site construction begins in earnest. PlanetGuide’s designers plunge in to develop all the site’s content and graphics. Our software specialists program custom applications and script any animations. As we build your site, you can continually monitor our progress via the Internet.
In the final steps, PlanetGuide executes a battery of tests to make sure everything is working as it should. We register your domain name and set it up on our servers, implement e-mail addresses, and take care of countless other technical details.

Phase 4. Delivery
The content is complete. PlanetGuide finishes up the final testing process and asks your liaison to approve any minor changes. Once our companies agree the site is ready to launch, PlanetGuide sends your liaison a sign-off sheet to conclude the project.
